Event update on ground conditions - Saturday 14th May
The XC course remains firm as we have had not rain since the beginning of March. We are currently irrigating the Main Arena and the Dressage warm up area in front of the Hall. This will continue as required through to the event. The XC course will be equivated and agrivated nearer the time of the XC and we will do all we can to get the going as good as possible. We have the provision to sand all takeoff and landings of fences – especially and drop fences.
Car passes, drinks invites and vat receipts will be with you early next week. - Owners of horses competing will receive a car pass and drinks invite direct.

Refund Policy 100% up to ballot date. CCI w/d's before 17th May will get full refund less £25 if the place can be filled or £150 if not filled. From 17th May and thereafter no refunds will be given EXCEPT where the place can be filled when the entry fee will be refuned less £25. All refunds will be issued within 3 weeks following the end of the event.
Start Times are available after the horse inspection.
